Our History

When Carroll's Corn first opened it’s doors, we sold popcorn provided by Myron Peterson's CTC Popcorn Factory in St. Paul, MN.  After two years, due to the rate of growth in both shops, Myron was unable to provide popcorn for Carroll's Corn. However, this did not stop Carroll's Corn from continuing to do business, rather it inspired us to develop our own recipes. Through the years our recipes have changed and new products have been added, but its our main focus continues to be popcorn. With our location across from the Mayo Clinic, patients from all over the United States have commented that this is the best popcorn they have ever tasted!!!
